Cancellations

  1. Session cancellations must be made a minimum of 12 hours prior to a booked session.
  2. To make a cancellation, login to your Account using the My Account button at the top of our website, or click the ‘View my bookings’ link on the email confirmation you received at the time of booking.On the Bookings page in your account, click the ‘Cancel’ button alongside the session that you need to cancel.
    You will receive an email notification of your cancelled session.
  3. Refunds will be issued by way of a coupon code for the same cost as the cancelled session. Grade A Tuition will create and send you a Coupon code within 24 hours of you cancelling a session, which you can use to rebook.
  4. Rebook by choosing a new session from the Book Now page, and
    enter the Coupon code by clicking the Apply Coupon button on the Cart/Checkout page.
  5. Refund coupons are a one-time use.
